I've only used them a few times so can't comment on durability. But the reason I only gave an average rating is because I bought it specifically for the zipper lock. However, on my second bag, when closing, the zipper came off the end of the bag. I couldn't put it back on and didn't want to transfer the contents to another bag so I just wrapped it up and put it in the freezer. But it was a bit frustrating and I'm not sure I can fully close the rest of the pockets.
