We had an old Samsung 40 inch flat screen replacement that we wanted to install by the pool. The wall has a large ledge above the roof but there is no covered patio so this cover seemed like a good solution. With a standard wall mount this cover will not fit completely over the back of the TV and will need to be tucked in on the sides/bottom. The mounting plate and bracket are standard VESA mounts for a TV of this size, so it was a little disappointing to see the lid drop a little over halfway down the back. This causes a "sag" at the top as it doesn't close tightly and the velcro cannot be attached. It still partially protects the TV, so holds it, but not perfectly. The photos were taken during a rainstorm and it seems to be doing the job.
