Wanted to love this product but couldn't understand the poor design of this tool. I tried to use it and it turned off for me 4 times just because the buttons are on this tool. If you hold it and try to squeeze your hand, it seems like it's bumping into it and knocking it out. What should have taken 20 minutes takes an hour, during which you have to keep turning it back on... only after you realize it sucks because your curls aren't holding. too much trouble Also, it's a good tool that leaves nice loose waves, but it's so inconsistent because it keeps cutting that half of my curls don't hold, so it just made the experience a complete nightmare. Do not recommend this item until the button design is decided. You have a great product if you can fix that one problem. In the meantime I'll look elsewhere.
