Update 04/03/2020: I received a new set of replacement cartridges that work perfectly. It was very easy to get a replacement after contacting support. Only time will tell how good the new cartridges are, but even if they only last up to a 50% drop I'm getting my money's worth as I still have 50% of the performance of the original set. I would recommend buying this brand because of the great customer service. First review: The toner started to work well but about half way to the cartridge the colors got really bad with lines on them and the printed colors are really faded. I'm looking at a supplies status page I printed out a few days ago and it shows 10% black (makes sense as it's what I use and need to replace most often), 50% for cyan and yellow, and 60% for magenta . However, the blue color field is barely visible due to the many gaps. Magenta is better but still very faded and quite a lot of gaps. Yellow is completely invisible. I definitely advise against buying this brand.
