Fax 90's for repair claims - mine knocked me down.

The back broke off after a year of use. The threaded inserts were pulled right out of the saddle. I discovered this while typing on my phone and he finally released me and threw me onto the floor. After going to the bathroom to wash off the blood, I checked warranty claims. Of course, everything has to be done by fax. I'm not living in the 90's so I don't have a fax machine. Much luck.
