So we had the single camera version of this product and we sent it back and then got the dual camera version. Let me explain why you shouldn't spend your money here. When we had a camera, the sound was very good. The picture was good. But after some thought, we wanted a second camera. We tried to contact the company to get an extra camera but it was very expensive and not clear how to order it because you can't get it on their website. So I returned the single camera version and got this dual camera version. to Raven. Installation was very easy, the materials are pretty strong. Image quality is good during the day, but not so much at night. If the camera is more than 10 feet away, you just won't get a good, sharp picture. Overcomes the purpose for parents who want to conveniently pan, tilt, zoom or control a large room. The audio from the dual camera is just terrible. First, it doesn't even "trigger" until it hits a certain volume threshold, which I think I get how handy that is. However, it is also a pain. I stood in my son's room holding the parent unit but the sound was still poor as was the picture. The same applies to the children's room. Let me just say that conceptually this is a well-designed device, but it doesn't deliver on what it promises. I really think there are some better options folks. Get something with HD cameras and a parent unit AND Wi-Fi display. This isn't the only division promising such things. I'm glad some users have had good experiences with it, but after two different iterations of this system, we just didn't have it. And yes, we know what we are doing with technology and electronics. Wasn't user error.
