My analysis of this shampoo and conditioner showed that my hair became noticeably softer and shinier after just one use. The added strength and volume were also impressive. The scent is pleasantly mild and didn't irritate my scalp. However, the packaging is not very eco-friendly as it is not refillable, which is a shame considering how well the product worked.
