Installed on the day of arrival. Very easy to install. The overhead gate would open quickly once you unlocked it and lifted it slightly. I thought it was cute. I think it was about a week ago if that. Today on Saturday, when I was traveling and visiting relatives, one of them dropped out. It's 10:30pm and I just got home. I'll take them off at dawn tomorrow so I can determine which one is defective. The gates barely open and you have to help them. Disappointing. Update from 06/29/2020 Today another rack failed. This froze in the closed position, couldn't open the lift gate. He pulled on very, very slowly and tried to open the tailgate. Once open about 2 inches, the plastic end eventually gave way and broke. As soon as it broke, I took it off completely and put it on my desk. It took about 2 minutes for the stand to fully extend. So the tube is the one that failed first. Today I ordered 2 more from another supplier. I ordered the ones that go no higher than Ford intended. Maybe that's the problem.
