I used to work at a spa where we did an ionic detox and fell in love with the process. When I left the spa I wanted my own living unit to be used for myself and my husband. An ionic detox is great if you have joint problems (my husband has a bad knee), if you've ever had a yeast infection, or if you just want to get the dirt out of your system without feeling crappy. So I ordered the device hoping that it would work as well as the professional device I had used before. It came to my house and I was like a kid at Christmas, I was so excited but unfortunately the device had a few issues. I called the number on the box and the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly, he told me to send it to him, he would fix it and send it back. I did it and he did it and I'm perfectly happy with the result. My machine was returned to me fairly quickly, it's working great now and I'm a happy customer.
