Cotton and there are BAGS

This short skirt is made like a t-shirt material, so it's not exactly sporty, but my daughter likes it. The pockets are great for the little things she finds. They are basically ordinary cotton shorts, only with a flap in front to make a short skirt. However, she says it's comfortable and looks cute.
