I bought this set mainly for AA batteries. and a charging station as I already have AAA batteries. I have clocks all over my apartment; bathroom, hallway, 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Since using these batteries I have noticed that ALL clocks go back not a few minutes but HOURS! ) are fully charged and each placed on a different watch. Do you want to take the risk of guessing what the outcome will be? ;-) Maybe I was lucky that I got a "bad" party. So my advice to you is to test them out. You have 30 days to return an item if you bought it directly from Amazon. If your watch is expired, return it. After a few days you'll see if the clock is behind; It doesn't take weeks to lose a minute.
