I rarely, if ever, feel motivated to revise my review based on experience. This is indeed the case with this product. Customer service was excellent and helped resolve the issue - they were polite and knowledgeable; and also cared about the quality of the product and the service. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone ------------------------------------------------------ ---- ------------------------------------ ---------- I'm really disappointed that I'm revising my previous review (which I wrote a few days ago. It was a really great product and worked well for a few weeks. I started having problems last night and it did today just stopped working. I keep getting the error "No signal" and then go into "sleep mode". I'm using the monitor with a MacBook Pro (which has 4 USB-C ports). The picture quality is excellent and it works well as an extended desktop. Sometimes the color contrast isn't perfect, but it's manageable. I love it
