Not the best. for swimming
Part of my wetsuit kept rubbing against my neck. First he looked like Vicki, then he got blisters and finally he looked like a bruise - scabs and all. I bought it to cover the stain so it doesn't happen again. It wasn't, at least not in THAT place. He moved to protect his neck. So it really didn't matter. I prefer to stick sports tape on the chafed area.
