I bought this knee brace because of my kneecap issues. It's easy to put on, but not that easy to remove. The glue on this stuff is amazing and I suppose if you're going to leave it on for a very long time, that's great. This photo is 3 days later. I tried using soap as a lubricant to remove it. He peeled off a layer of skin. It also turns gray around the edges. The support is there for a few days, but then it seems to stretch a bit. It's a lot cheaper than other tapes, but I wouldn't recommend it for long-term use. I ended up having stuff that my PT uses and it's much better and still works for as long as I need it to.
