18/32 didn't snap on first stretch

Whenever I get new hair ties, I stretch them all to make sure they don't break right away. 18 didn't break. Doesn't sound great, but it's actually significantly better than the Scunci that I also bought, of which I have an 8/18 left. At least with good, more than half passed the test.
