Not even the worst quality I've ever seen, it's a disappointment.

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I immediately took them to the Samsung warranty center to have a couple of things I already suspected confirmed: 1) they are authentic, and 2) they work perfectly. When I initially heard this "sound," I assumed it was a fake or malfunctioning, so I checked the guarantee (there is a test document). To what can I liken it? Tell me about the things that bothered you. Almost nothing about it worked for me. Compared to my wife's old pair of Apple wireless headphones (which, full disclosure, I am not a fan of; instead, I prefer Samsung smartphones). I preface all my estimates with the word "unlikely" because of this. First, there is absolutely no noise. Sadly, there is no bass. Not enough room. There is no euphoria. What a horrible thing to say. If the earbuds are not removed carefully and gradually from the ear canal, they will remain there (if you use smaller earbuds, the sound is even worse than in step 1) Third, the earphones are cumbersome and time-consuming to use because I always end up switching the left and right earbuds while putting them on or putting them away in the "box." 4. If you don't forcefully and scrollingly insert it into your ear (like you would with a drill), it will fall out after about an hour of use. To add more: Five, a mobile app on my Samsung phone insists on having access to everything (including my location) before it will launch. Many false positives, (6). (even on a pillow) 7. Makes your ears feel full, which isn't pleasant; 8. To skip tracks, pause, and do other manipulations, you have to "tap" on the headphones' outer surface once or multiple times, which, if you're using "plugs," can be quite painful (or at least unpleasant) for your eardrum. Overall, I'm really disappointed in this product from a fantastic manufacturer. Where people get such a low ranking is beyond me; perhaps they haven't explored other wireless headphones. My headphones have worked fine thus far regardless of the peculiarities of my ears and other personal quirks (there were also plugs). Where did you find the most enjoyment? Support from Samsung. Fast. There were absolutely no follow-up inquiries.
