It didn't work in my RV closet under the kitchen sink.

I bought a trash can to mount on a cupboard door under my sink to have a place for trash. But the metal bars that connect the basket to the hooks are too thick and prevent the door from closing. I have returned the item. The problem is with my RV's closet and door, otherwise the basket's connecting rods need to be flat pieces of metal, not cylindrical rods, in order for them to fit easily between the closet door and the closet frame.
