This is a beautiful tutu tutu but it runs small

I opened the box and it has nice colors and looks beautiful even though it should be big but it runs small. I will not be returning this product as this is the second tutu that is smaller than expected but I will just get my daughter to wear the tutu over white leggings or tights.
