Definitely not suitable for "leisure time " use, requires thorough preparation
This is jute, corresponds to the description, but out of the box it is not for "leisure use" " suitable. It smells strongly of kerosene, tough, it has a lot of loose fibers. Yes, the price was good, and now I understand why "treated" rope is so expensive - there's a lot of prep work involved.
