The product was very well made, very soft and comfortable. Not too tight but snug enough that I don't have to worry about my daughter sleeping in it. Not only that, the customer service was incredible. My package was delayed due to valid circumstances beyond my control and the company (delay due to inclement weather) but I still received a personal email confirming the delay and when and if I will receive the package. I appreciated that gesture and care, although I wasn't concerned or upset that he was late. Fantastic customer service and product quality. I will return to this brand for any product I need and continue to recommend them highly.
