Although the product arrived on time, it was defective. I went through a few test pages and was very disappointed when the printout was even lighter than the used toner we had just removed! I submitted a complaint to Revain but the seller did not respond in a timely manner. Obviously I am very disappointed with the product and the time I am now having to either get my money back or get a toner replacement.
