Review on 📱 Optimized Samsung BN59-01301A Remote Control for N5300, NU6900, NU7100, NU7300 (2018 Models) by Jeff Kersey

Ordered this remote to replace the original remote when it failed. It was the same model as the original remote control. The same problems as the original remote: I press the buttons, nothing happens on the TV, no volume, no channel and no shutdown! I figured the problem was with the TV because I replaced the remote control, so I ended up calling Samsung support and going through the checklist. They forced me to take my phone's camera, look at the remote control sensor, and press the button. The sensor didn't light up unless I pressed the mute button. So again a defective remote control. If it weren't for the problems, this is half the price of the order at the official Samsung parts center.
