Either I made dud or cheap.

I'm so disappointed I've gathered all my materials and laid them out on the dining table to start work on a project that I've put off until Christmas. I took the cutter out of the box and when I lowered the shield the entire cutter head fell apart. I've tried putting this thing together, but it won't hold up. I will definitely come again.
