The grommet fits into a large hole that a screw head would normally fit through.
Requires a set screw in the main body so the retaining screw does not have to be over tightened to allow the cup to swing and be easily removed from the body by pulling the sleeve to the side and loosening the cup . Someone claimed that the bushing cracked when tightening the bolt. Don't go there to look at the picture
