Review on LG 27UP850-W: Borderless, HDR Display with Height & Pivot Adjustment, Anti-Glare Coating by Corey Shaikh

I bought this monitor thinking 27 inches would be fine. Overall a great monitor. A few pros and cons: Pros: Good quality Color accurate with multiple settings and customizable options USB-C charges the laptop Sleek screen Cons: OSD and buttons are a bit hard to understand at first Not as bright as I was hoping And the stand is quite meager ACCEPT: IF YOU RETURN THE MONITOR PASS VIA AMAZON / KEEP YOUR RECEIPT: I sent the monitor back via UPS thinking I needed a bigger screen. A few weeks later I received an email stating that they did not receive the original item and that they are refusing the item received and if they do not receive it I will be billed in full. I spoke to Revain Chat and was told they said the screen was not in the box. I don't know what happened on the way, I can only imagine that the box was damaged. So now I don't have full price for this monitor because I can't prove I returned it.
