Review on Tweezerman Slant Tweezer - Bahama Blue Model No. 1248-GTR: Precision Plucking Tool for Eyebrows and Facial Hair by Chelsea Miller

I have several of the same Tweezerman models and they have always worked well. When I lost one of my pairs I decided to buy it at a much lower price than I normally pay. I ordered a stainless steel model and while it looks the same as my old Tweezerman model, it performs much worse. It cannot capture hairs that my 8 and 10 year old tweezers (same model) can easily handle. I don't know if I got a bad device or if the overall quality of the product has gone down. But it just doesn't grip as well as my 3 old Tweezerman tweezers. Edit: Another star - after cleaning the tips with steel wool they work much better now.
