But I think this is a compromise between quality surface and comfort) At first, it was very annoying that you couldn’t wash it, but then I realized that wiping was enough. We bake without oil, nothing burns and after baking it is easy to clean with a cloth. We tried different types of waffles: classic Viennese waffles, oatmeal waffles, whole grain waffles, cheese waffles, cottage cheese waffles - everything is baked well and tasty. The taste of waffles depends on the recipe, everything is delicious with us! In general, I recommend the waffle iron, we use it often - quickly, tasty, beautiful, useful.
