I like this device, but both devices I ordered have problems. The first had a broken suspension wire which I didn't understand as I figured the wire would need to be installed. But it had to be permanently fixed. So I had to improvise and use fishing line to hang the light. The second had scratches on the surface that looked like it had been smudged/touched up from the factory. The supplied suction cup for attaching the lamps does not work. Because it is packed in a small pouch that breaks in the box, the suction cup will be deformed into the folded position. I have requested a partial refund or lamp replacement. But the manufacturer would only offer a replacement if I had disassembled and returned the mounts first. This isn't effective if you already have fixtures installed on 10-foot ceilings and need to find temporary fixtures until replacements arrive.
