Cheap and doesn't work

You get what you pay for - I should have known better. Tiny, ultra-light - you don't even feel like there's anything in your pocket. It takes more than an hour to charge, when you turn on the power button nothing happens. All I could get was light when connected to the computer. Bought 2. Neither works. The instructions are absolutely incomprehensible.
