I put a brand new expensive pillow in this cover as soon as I received it. The pillowcase has some creases, but that's to be expected with such a thick fabric. After the first night I didn't notice him anymore. I sleep very well (I sleep like a log) so I'm very happy to know that my very expensive pillow is bed bug proof. (Unfortunately, I live in a building infested with them.) I've never sneezed like I did before I stuffed my pillow into this blanket, and I've never been so covered in bites. It seems to be doing its job. My previous cover, plush, velour-like, looked dirty and I swear it sucked up and collected dust and dirt and made me sneeze at night. It looks like there isn't an interface that does the same thing. It's sleek and smooth like nothing will stick to it. I sleep MUCH better.
