Works perfectly - every button! That's more than I can say for the first replacement product I tried. I'm usually all for aftermarket/generic equivalent products but it didn't work this time. So, return my first purchase and some extra money and we're back up and running. At TV prices, it's difficult to spend that much money just for a remote control, but with a perfectly good TV, it's difficult to justify the cost of replacing it, especially when it's just a malfunctioning remote that's causing the problem. We don't use voice control that often, so a non-voice remote would be fine with us, but the other one we tried had a channel button that worked occasionally, which is pretty important.
