Uneven Length / Sequins Drop

First I bought turquoise and I really liked it! When I opened the bag, a few sequins inside fell off, but it wasn't noticeable. I liked the skirt so much that I bought two more, black and white and black and beige. For some reason these two were noticeably longer in the front than the back. The back of the skirt falls over my mid and lower calves, and the front is so long I trip over it. I've been working on this while wearing heels but it's still weird. I have hand washed one, machine washed the others and no matter how they are washed, more and more sequins fall off each time.
