My speeds just don't seem to be where they should be. I've tried moving the wires to see if there's a difference and it's getting worse. I can run a speed test without it and get 260-300Mbps, but when I plug it in I get 60Mbps. This is connected to incoming port 1. If I like incoming port 5 or 8 then it slows down to a drawing, from 8 to 10Mbps. I bought it to connect my network in my house. I'll put it in the attic and use it to power ethernet for 2 game consoles, 2 desktops, a TV and a WiFi extender. I have since put this project on hold. It had great reviews so I don't understand what's going on. Maybe I have a bad blockage? Why didn't you call tech support? Nothing special and I can move the cables and check the speed. I'm tech savvy, they can't tell or teach me anything over the phone. Hopefully there is another issue causing the drop in speed, but for now I have a feeling this is a device and I feel like it's not capable of the speeds that my home router is capable of Ethernet cable can handle. I hope I'm wrong. Will be updated in the future if there are any changes.
