I thought I would feel a nice freezing chill but I didn't. My air conditioner in my apartment broke so I had to quickly order something for myself and my family to protect us from the heat and humidity inside. Because if there is no air conditioning in the apartment, it gets hot. It took the mechanic 1 week to fix the problem. It's like a normal fan. All you feel is a light breeze keeping you from being totally cool, but we bought this portable fan. And the housing manager put a temporary portable air conditioned window in front of our room windows and it made the rooms cool, plus that fan.
