Review on Dell P2419HC Monitor Full 1080P 23.8", USB Hub, ‎DELL-P2419HC by Guy Tbone

I have just received this Dell P2419HC monitor and am impressed with its quality. I use it as a second monitor with a 2019 MacBook Pro. I've had PCs since 1985, but this is the first time I've used a dual monitor system. I'm about to start a new job working from home as a tax specialist for a software company. Other similar experts recommend using a second monitor for this type of work. First, the packaging has been designed very well to protect the product. To do this, the stand had to be assembled and attached to the screen. The instructions were drawings without words. But I found the process intuitive with no blueprints, and assembly only took about 5 minutes after unboxing the parts. The stable stand is very well made and everything fits together without any problems. Two connection cables were included, one with USB-C connectors on both ends (perfect for my use) and one with DisplayPort connectors on both ends (for Windows computers?). After I plugged the power cord into an outlet and connected the device to my MacBook, a menu to select a language appeared on the screen. But there is no guide how to do that. So I used my iPad and googled "P2419HC Manual". A PDF file appeared, a 62 page document with very well written instructions for all aspects of using the monitor. There are many ways to adjust brightness, color, sharpness, contrast, etc., troubleshoot, clean, ensure do's and don'ts, etc. But I didn't have to do any of that. The image on the monitor was perfect from the start. I've only been using it for a day now and so far I'm completely satisfied. Enough. I will update this review at some point in the future.
