I bought 2 packs of which one cartridge was defective, my printer didn't recognize it. I put in a second black ink cartridge and the printer recognized it and the quality is very good, I didn't notice any difference. I was disappointed because Amazon didn't take back the defective cartridge. I will look for another brand if I need to replace the cartridge again.
