I bought these for my 5 year old. You are charming. They all work fine. I didn't expect them to glow all the time, that would bother me a bit. They light up for a short time, flashing multiple bright colors, and you can touch the bottom to turn the light back on. I can use them next time I have a bubble bath and I'm almost 30!
