Not ideal for telephoning

I bought this set mainly for hands-free calling. The people on the other end couldn't hear me, the comment was "You sound like you're at the bottom of a well", mine sounded loud, too loud. Music quality was ok but I didn't buy it so I returned it for a refund and will look for another brand.
