When you need to tow someone

I use it with my Chevy Tahoe and a nylon snap strap. I don't drag with him, but with this one I drag. Chevy doesn't use tow hooks in the rear, so you really need something like this to make towing easier and safer. Don't drop it on your foot, it's durable, that doesn't mean there isn't emptiness or lightness in it.
