Great for everyone regardless of age!
I bought it for sports. This is a course for adults with developmental disabilities and I wanted something big enough to be easily caught or kicked. This ball provided hours of fun. My class could easily guide him, kick him as hard as she wanted and of course throw him. It's very durable, bounces high which they love and is perfect for all the games we play.
