Not like the picture, but still cute!
In the photo in the catalog this skirt is big and fluffy, but it isn't. The model's hand covers the odd ruffles right down the middle. The tulle under tulle is so cheap and crumpled but did the trick for a last minute purchase for my birthday photos. I will not buy more, I would pay for a more expensive/high quality skirt!
