Hitch Spine Storage

As I was contemplating building some sort of monster furniture truck/wagon/hitch from random parts from the local hardware store, I saw an ad for this product. I won't use the phrase "life changes" but my life has changed so much that I no longer have to hoist a full trash can into the back of my truck once a week. Description and video are pretty accurate. on - it does as advertised. I decided to spray silicone grease on the little release button since I'm lazy and now live on the back of my truck forever. I put some reflective stickers on it so someone who injures themselves from getting too close to my back door can't claim they can't see it. I noticed that the lift lever at the front of the bin was putting some pressure on it and was already leaving a mark on the plastic, so I might have to add something to distribute that weight a bit. Still cheaper than all the experiments I would do with lawnmower wheels and a homemade experimental hitch. By comparison, my trash can lives about 1/2 mile from where the scavengers are ready to get it, and it's all hilly and crooked and all. A full can stays upright and only touches the ground at the bottom of my tallest hill. When empty, the bench tilts slightly and moves sideways. This can be fixed by simply throwing it in the back of an empty and light truck. I'm sure really smart hands or people who can weld are looking at this and wondering why I chose to part with the money, but they're not here to help pick up the junk and putting it out every week, well I don't really care about your opinion. Good luck with your decision.
