They sent the wrong product and faulty production

Ordered Actiontec C1900A but received Technicolor C2000T. I tried to plug it in anyway and the DSL light never came on. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with CenturyLink support trying to fix the error. I finally went to them to report a defective product and found that not only had they sent me a broken unit, they had sent me a bloody wrong one.
