My three cats also helped oversee the build right out of the box. Assembly is very easy but takes 45 minutes. The tree/apartment image is a bit misleading as it seems like cats have trouble transitioning to different levels, which they do NOT - they all get around it very easily and love it. Nice color, lots of scratching posts and I'm fully satisfied with the quality of this one. Also very durable if all cats play on it at the same time. The only crap as someone else said was a cheap cheap toy mouse that we took down before they even got to it. Plastic with a spring that won't last 10 seconds on any cat, but cats love it with no toys so no waste. Has several trees/apartments and this is considered one of the finest we have ever received --- ENJOY! I also received it from Amazon within 2 days and appreciate the great customer service we received.
