Review on ๐Ÿงผ Wisk Deep Clean Free & Pure Liquid Laundry Detergent - 50oz by Nicole Mcleod

Revainrating 5 out of 5

DISCONTINUED

Update 5/8/17: Tried ALL Free Clear on multiple downloads. The worst thing was my grandfather's jogging pants, which had the typical food stains. The stains came out without the need to apply any special stain remover and were odorless (regular wash cycle with no soaking or extra rinsing). I can't say anything about the possible fading at the moment. Update 4/28/17: Just found out why the price is sooo astronomical. Henkel, owner of Persil & Purex, bought up Sun products last year. They stopped making all Wisk. According to the Wisk website, they recommend using ALL Free Clear (also part of Sun products). Persil has a version for sensitive skin, but it's not fragrance-free. So I went to the local big WM store and bought 39 batches for just under $5 to try (it's sans the Yadda Yadda sensitive skin scent on the container). I noticed that they have a free clear Purex for a dollar less, but figured I'd use what Wisk recommends instead of Henkel's original product. I will be testing this ALL brand on some darks and shades in cold water this week and see if it can match this Wisk product. At this point, Consumer Reports or any other place on the web doesn't seem to have a comparative overview of the ALL or Purex versions. My local store didn't have a free transparent version of Tide. First Rating: No smelly smell like regular Wisk DeepClean or other brands of cleaning products. I often use a tumble dryer, so most detergents stay fragrant even after half a week outdoors. I originally tried it based on Consumer Reports reviews, and not only does it clean far better than any other liquid cleaner I've tried, it also doesn't turn into a thick syrup during the winter months. Most non-liquid detergents do not completely dissolve when washed in cold water during the winter months due to the water temperature. Our local stores no longer carry it, so we're happy to find it in a 2-pack at Revain.
