Review on Hopkins FloTool 10719 Capless Funnel by Gary Duncan

I bought this to put gas in the tank of our old Dodge pickup. The truck is mainly used to transport garbage and rarely makes it to the city. I have several gas canisters that were purchased to power our generator. Rather than let them go to waste, I planned to use them in a truck and use fresh gas in the future. The effective length is only about 4.5 inches, not long enough to go past the fender. I couldn't figure out how to route the gas from the plastic gas cylinder into this "funnel". it is then impossible to lift the gas cylinder far enough to pour it out. My son has a new Ford truck and from the description it looks like it will work with it. I'm still looking for a suitable filler, but I'll buy another one until I get my hands on one that should be at least twice as long and actually have a funnel end.
