I have a leather loveseat and a daybed. The chair appeared about 2 years ago. I've tried so many stashes with different devices to stay in place and none of them have worked. I have 2 Labs - 1 of which is constantly wet once our stream thaws (hence the leather furniture). I received this cover for our recent purchase of a full size leather sofa. It has straps that curve from the back flap to the back of the sofa (diagonally rather than straight) and I FINALLY HAVE A COVER THAT PRINCIPALLY STAYS IN PLACE. I liked it so much that I bought it for a double seat. It doesn't have a diagonal strap, but one that goes from the back to the legs of the sofa. Also only works to hold it in place (as does the diagonal yet). Just put in the washer and dryer and voila, reattach the straps and repeat the process. My couches also recline and the slipcovers stay in place. IT'S WORTH IT!
