This helmet lock is great and probably even more perfect for those with D-rings on their helmets. For those of us with a dull ratchet strap, consider using the included T. Not fiddly or anything, just means you have to play around with it a bit. I wish the hole in the T was a little bigger and had a little more wiggle room so it can be put on and taken off faster. The locking mechanism seems cheap, but you're not buying a Fort Knox here. It quickly keeps sticky hands off your helmet. If someone really wanted it; they could take it. But I feel safer leaving my hat with my bike. Highly recommended!
