I followed all the instructions up to the letter T. I used a heavy duty cleaner to cut through soap or hard water on the shower wall. And I made sure everything was dry before trying. None of them got stuck! Or maybe they held on for five minutes and then fell off. I washed and dried the method with hot water and tried again but still to no avail. I must have spent an hour with these things as they fell and I would repeat the whole process over and over again! Definitely not worth it! I finally have three that I wanted to stay with. I was static! They stayed all day! I then returned home after running all over the shower floor with them. I could understand cheaper hooks being less reliable but for the price I paid for it I'm very disappointed. I no longer have the original packaging, so I cannot return it. save your money
