I enjoy using my Keurig coffee maker but prefer to use my own flavored ground coffee. Using this filter system is not difficult. When the coffee is ready, no cleaning takes place. I take off the cap and throw the filter in the trash. The system is up and running again, making a better cup of coffee than a Keurig filter that needs to be rinsed out and the coffee grounds removed. Cleaning the mesh filter can be very tedious, especially if the coffee grounds have been in the filter container for several hours. The filter you usually buy from Keurig is so hot you can barely touch it after the coffee is brewed. That's why it stays in the coffee machine longer than with the EZCup system. While I don't like buying extra filter paper, it's worth it.
